Ryan is obsessed with three things; Cannabis, cannabis customers, and OKRs. Objectives and Key Results are what allow this group to execute unique visions that can set any company apart. Setting company objectives and key results to maintain momentum and accountability are essential to making the vision come alive. They are what make the process and gains last past the honeymoon phase of an operational upgrade.

Success Story

One of Ryan’s creations is the process and theory behind the popular Nevada multi-store operator The Source’s Flower House concept. Flower House was a way to drive traffic and separate The Source from its competitors while creating a unique way for shoppers to anchor into a particular purchasing pattern. It is a way to purchase, merchandise, and present cannabis flower to customers.

Hand selecting flower with a curator’s mentality was the idea behind the concept. The language, structure, and process to support Flower House made it a quick hit in Nevada. Flower House is currently the top performing category and in-house branding structure.
